Dischromatics understands that not all customers are qualified graphics designers. Therefore we have developed easy-to-use guidelines to accompany specification sheets to help you design your artwork. We are also happy to assist you in the design process and check over your artwork so you can be sure that your CD's, DVD's, Paper Parts or Card Wallets will look just right.

We can also supply a full graphic design service for you as a low-cost additional service when we duplicate or replicate your CD's or DVD's. Graphic for all types of products can be produced including Disc Face Labels and Special Packaging, and even fliers.  We can provide accurate colour matches to your company colours using Pantone colours, correct sizes and resolutions, ensuring your final products are as good as those you imagined!  Dischromatics has developed a satellite site advertising this service.  To access this site, please click here.

Using our new computer systems and software packages, we can also accept most artwork files in both MAC and PC format and modify them if required.

Although Dischromatics does not provide an in-house mastering and authoring service itself, special relationships with reliable suppliers ensure that Dischromatics customers who also require a mastering service are sure to receive a comprehensive and cost-effective solution.

Dischromatics will take the burden out of the mastering process, by booking mastering on your behalf, collecting the finished master and then transferring it directly into production without the need for you to intervene.  Check discs can also be supplied for your approval prior to production.

All this means that Dischromatics can be your sole point of contact for updates and queries throughout your order, making everything smooth and easy for you, the customer.

Fulfilment

Dischromatics offers a complete fulfilment service to Customers who may require distribution of CD's, DVD's and Floppy disks to multiple addresses.

We can provide the entire package including manuals, installation guides, media duplication/replication of floppy disks or CD ROM’s from Customer Master, printing from customer artwork, collation of parts, final packing and distribution to one or multiple addresses.

We can also accommodate Customers who may prefer to free issue certain parts for inclusion in the final fulfilment.

We can hold the stock in our warehouse and distribute on demand either from you or directly from your Customers.

Currently we provide fulfilment services to companies who only need a single floppy disk duplicated and distributed to multiple addresses and also to companies that require a large number of additional parts included in the fulfilment and require both large volumes to one address and distribution to multiple destinations.

We at Dischromatics understand the need for flexibility and the changing demands of our Customers. We always strive to fulfil our Customers schedule by maintaining a dialogue with them so that if a problem arises, we are able to respond as efficiently as possible and in your best interests to minimise any delay.

Printing of Posters / Flyers / Brochures / Postcards

Available to all customers, whether to accompany the purchase of CD's and DVD's or otherwise, Dischromatics is now able to produce your posters, flyers, postcards, brochures, magazines and all other printed material for any event or promotion you may be undertaking.

Sony Electrical Products

As a new service to all interested parties, whether existing customers of Dischromatics or new to our company, we can now offer all items in the Sony UK electrical product range.

This range includes Sony BRAVIA Televisions, Sony Walkman MP3 and MP4 players, Sony VAIO computers and laptops as well as Hi-Fi systems and separates, DVD and Blu-ray players and recorders, Digital Still cameras and movie (including high-definition) Camcorders, in-car stereo systems and SatNAV, and Home Entertainment and Surround Sound devices.

We can also supply all associated accessories including memory cards and sticks, cables, leads, lenses and batteries as well as spare recordable media.

All items can be delivered FREE to any UK business address and VAT invoices will be supplied for all customers.

All products come with the standard manufacturers guarantee from SONY and we will attempt to beat any verifiable quote if we are able to!
