Multi Packaging Options Artwork specifications and templates On this page you will find packaging options possible for storing more than one disc. These packages could include pre-packed discs (e.g. in Jewel Cases or plastic sleeves) or house the discs on their own. Multisets and Brilliant Boxes: Jewel Case alternatives can be supplied as a standard-sized case for 2 discs with a hinged rear tray, holding a disc on either side called a Brilliant Box or as a Muliset box which is thicker and can be opened on either side, housing up to 4 discs. Double PVC Wallet: A simple but effective Clear Double PVC Wallet without flaps, allowing a 2 disc set of CDs or DVDs to be easily protected, whilst permitting the labels to be seen and packaged together. DVD Cases: Very similar to a standard DVD case, a multi-capacity option is available for upwards of 2 discs. Different layouts are possible including situating the discs opposite one another, a "disc-over-disc" solution (with a centre "page") and a "spike" to stack the discs on. DVD cases for 5 or more discs are usually thicker in size and often have at least one disc overlapping another. CD & DVD Digipaks: Both CD and DVD sized Digipaks can be supplied with a greater number of pages than the common 4PP solution. All additional pages can have white, transparent or black trays glued to them, increasing the capacity to suit your requirements. As with the standard options, booklets can be glued in or included in diagonal or horizontal slots. CD & DVD Ecopaks: CD and DVD Ecopaks can be supplied with discs on either side or overlapping and, like a standard Ecopak have a plastic casing and clip for securing shut. As with Digipaks, booklets can be glued inside or housed in slots for removal. Digifiles: Digifiles are double thicknesscard with a central joining fold to form a "book". With slots on either side, a CD or DVD can be housed in both ends, or alternatively one disc and one booklet. Digisleeves: Silmilar to Digifiles, Digisleeves are almost like 2 standard card wallets in one with a central joining fold. With pockets on either side, a CD or DVD can be housed in both ends, although some people will prefer one disc and one booklet! Digistacks: A Digistack is much like a plastic "book"! The outer cover is printed with the your artwork and the "pages" included inside are plastic trays, each holding an individual disc. This is a much cheaper way of keeping sets of discs together without the need for a case and a paper part for each. Burgopaks: A Burgopak, also sometimes called a sliding digipak (or even Digipak Slider!), opens on 2 sides when one tab is pulled thanks to a clever hidden "mechanism". Each of these sides can have a tray attached, thus doubling the capacity of the product from one to two discs!! Digiboxes: Digiboxes are an extremely versatile packaging solution. They are available in many sizes with some able to hold full size DVD cases or Jewel Cases and smaller versions containing discs in plastic or paper sleeves. The Digibox is a sturdy outer package with a folding design permitting the lid to close over the other half of the product along a "hinge". Triggerpaks/E-Slimcases: A variation on the standard triggerpak product, the multi-set option looks much like several packs attached to each other, each holding a disc.
