CD Duplication
CD-R Duplication & Printing Service
We can supply CD Duplication copied to your master from one off to multiple
runs. We offer a number of configurations and printing options: duplicated or blank CDR's
with thermal transfer or retransfer print (for photographic quality) or inkjet on-body printing depending on the coated surface finish chosen such as Watershield CD's (waterproof CDR's that do not smudge unlike normal uncoated inkjet printed media!). Also, digitally printed labels (produced on-site) or just simply
blank CDR's. All CDR's used on site are genuine "Grade A" media, namely Sony DADC or Taiyo Yuden (for Watershield). Dischromatics can also supply smaller volumes of duplicated and labelled 8cm CDRs.
CD Duplication is most economical for quantities of less than 1000 units, (although replicated CDs are available from 500 copies). However, we can produce in larger volumes if the demand is more immediate. CDR
duplication involves copying data from a customer master onto a
blank CDR. The master data is read into our 'state of the art' CDR
duplication systems, then this data is 'burned' or copied onto blank CDR discs.
Each copy is verified during the process and random manual checks are carried
out to ensure successful duplication in accordance with our established ISO9001:2008 procedures.
Even Copy-Protection is possible during the duplication process if you use SecureCD-R's!!
Most forms of packaging are
available as well as on spindle, discs can be supplied in wallets,
in CD cases
and with or without paper parts,
which can be digitally printed
IN-HOUSE for fast-turnaround and low volumes, saving on time and cost! We are also one of the only companies able to supply Digipaks in low volumes with our duplicated discs, and these are fully produced and hand-finished on site!
Additionally, we are now able to offer low volumes of , Round Metal Tins and Clam Shells to all customers purchasing CDRs or DVDRs from Dischromatics.
