CD Duplication & Printing Service
CD Duplication from Dischromatics is produced by copying a customer master and can be produced from one off's up to multiple runs. Printing options include thermal transfer or retransfer print (for photographic quality) or inkjet on-body printing. This, like the CD Duplication is an automated process and will depend on the finished coating of the surface selected such as Watershield Discs. These have a waterproof finish which will not smudge, unlike the problem encountered by normal uncoated inkjet discs when they are printed, which many suppliers use because they are cheaper.
We can also provide Digitally printed labels (produced on-site) or simply blank Discs. All the media we use on site are genuine "Grade A" media, namely Sony DADC or Taiyo Yuden (for Watershield). We can also supply smaller volumes of duplicated and labelled 8cm product.It is more cost effective to have CD Duplication when there is a requirement for less than 1000 units, (replicated Discs are available from 500 copies). Nevertheless, we will duplicate larger volumes if the demand is more immediate. The duplication process involves copying data from a customer master onto a blank CDR. The master data is read into our 'state of the art' CD-R copying systems, this data is then 'burned' or copied onto blank discs. Each individual copy is verified as an in-bult part of the process and checks are carried out randomly to ensure successful copying in compliance with our established ISO9001:2008 procedures. Copy-Protection can be added during the duplication process if you use SecureCD-R's!! We are prepared to supply product on spindle for you to pack yourself but most forms of packaging are available, discs can be supplied in wallets, in CD cases and with or without paper parts, we can digitally print these IN-HOUSE for fast-turnaround and low volumes, saving on time and cost! We are probably the only company able to supply Digipaks in such low volumes and with our duplicated discs at such an economical cost, you will be pleasantly surprised at our prices, these are fully produced and hand-finished on site! Even more good news, we are now able to offer low volumes of , Round Metal Tins and Clam Shells to all customers purchasing CDRs or DVDRs from Dischromatics.
