Dischromatics has introduced a complete set of quality assurance documents to ensure traceability of products and compliance with customer requirements, so you can be sure you are in capable hands when dealing with us!

The system allows us to quickly rectify and learn from any mistakes so they don't happen again (this helps ensure our errors and customer complaints are extremely low) but also to understand what we have done well so we reproduce this across the board when dealing with all clients, old and new, large and small.

We have been audited by SGS and accredited to the ISO9001:2008 standard since September 2005 (previously ISO9001:2000).  You may verify this by visiting this link and entering our certificate number.
