Replicated Discs Supplied in Partnership with Sony DADC.
DVD Replication, whether its DVD-5, DVD-9 or DVD-10 you require is ideal when you require larger volumes of DVD Replication (economical from 1000 units but available from 500). This involves a complete manufacturing process where stampers are created from a custom-made glass master, the DVD's are then stamped or pressed (via injection moulding) and finally printed with your individual artwork. (A checkdisk can be supplied prior to full replication). This gives an extremely high quality finish to the Replicated DVD with offset lithographic or Pantone print, and when combined with the packaging option that best suits your needs, is sure to provide you with the disc product you have been searching for. Standard DVD packaging like DVD Cases or Plastic Sleeves are available as well as more specialised packaging like Digipaks or Burgopaks or Green alternatives!We deliver free to all UK destinations and at certain times throughout the European Union. Dischromatics can provide 12cm and 8cm "mini" DVD-ROM & DVD-VIDEO replication from 500 units (8cm DVD5's and DVD9's are both available - see Technical Information page for capacities). As well as supplying replicated discs with offset lithographic or Pantone print, we can also supply specially coloured DVD Replication and exceptional dynamic copy-protection systems and special products such as Pit-Logo, Sniffle Disks and Coloured Polycarbonate on all our replicated DVD (and CD) products. A part white-base or Matt or Gloss varnish can also be used to provide a stunning final effect to your disc print. You can even combine the benefits of a replicated CD and DVD on one disc!!
