Reepaks

The Reepak is a new lightweight packaging solution made entirely out of card. It can be used for all formats like CD-Audio, CD-Rom or DVD. The fact that it uses no plastic means that it can be 100% recycled.

Its unique system for holding discs secure, ensures ease of use when inserting and removing the CD or DVD.  It is available for all CD and DVD sizes, in a format with up to 8 pages and 4 trays, with or without a slot for a booklet up to 32 pages and Gloss UV or Matt varnish.

It is made from 300 gsm GC1 cardboard. The standard finish is Glossy UV Varnish or Matt Varnish but we can also offer Embossing, Hotfoil Embossing, Spot Varnish, Reverse Side Print and Diecut. The number of panels and trays are variable and there is a possibilty of adding a booklet. The tray is white and unprinted.
